KlubX

A private app for car clubs

Drive Together.

Your car. Your drives. Your club. KlubX is where a car club keeps its garage, its routes, its meets and its conversations — behind one door, open only to members.

What is inside

01

Garage

Every member's cars, with specs, modifications and photos — and a shareable card for the ones worth showing off.

02

Drives

Start and stop a drive yourself. KlubX records the route, paints it by speed, and keeps it private until you decide to publish it.

03

Feed

Posts, photos, questions, announcements and polls. New cars and published drives land there on their own.

04

Events

Meets with a place, a time, a chat of their own and a shared album afterwards. Live location while the meet is on, and only then.

05

Places

The shops, meeting points and roads the club knows, on a map, with the club's own opinions attached.

06

Directory

Clubs that choose to be findable appear in a directory you can search by name, marque and country — the shop window only, never what is inside.

07

Build logs

What you did to the car, when, where, and what it cost — kept as a log, published only if you want.

08

Messages

Direct messages between members of the same club, with photos and push notifications.

09

Club money

A ledger for club fundraisers: who gave, how much, confirmed by an admin. No money moves through KlubX.

What KlubX does not do

Your data is not the product

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. KlubX is free today and there is no advertising in it; if that ever changes we will say so before it does — but that first line will not.

Your drives are yours

A drive is private until you publish it, and the second-by-second GPS trace is never shared — not even on a published drive. The club sees the finished line, not where you live.

Nothing is public

Every photo lives in a private bucket behind short-lived signed links. Who can see what is enforced in the database itself, row by row.

Listing is the club's choice

A club appears in the directory only if it asks to and we approve it. A club that does not is not findable at all — it does not appear in searches and its existence is not disclosed.

Getting in

Three ways in, and the club picks which ones it offers.

An invitation code. A club owner or admin generates one and gives it to you. You enter it once and you are in.

The directory. A club can choose to be findable and to take requests. You see its name, city, marques and how many members it has — never its posts or who is in it — and you ask to join with a short message and, if you want, one of your cars. Its admins decide.

Start your own. Anyone can create a club, and a new club is invisible until its owner asks to be listed.
